El personal fue muy amable durante el checking. Las instalaciones de la recepción y del restaurante estaban reformadas y resultaban agradables, no así como el resto del edificio y de las habitaciones a las cuales les vendría bien una reforma. El desayuno fue rico y variado.

Po wejściu hotel robi bardzo fajne wrażenie, ładnie prezentują się części wspólne. Pokoje już wypadają dużo gorzej, zwłaszcza łazienka. Śniadania są w porządku. Duży wybór różnych produktów, niestety kawa z ekspresu niezbyt dobra. Dużym plusem jest bardo bliska odległość od plaży.

Der Service sowie das Essen waren gut für den Preis, reichlich Auswahl und frisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist fast direkt am Strand, jedoch ist es schwierig einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Der Balkon vom Zimmer hat einen seitlichen Meerblick gehabt. Empfehlenswert für einen günstigen Aufenthalt in Arenal.

Terrible hotel. Awful food. Loud guests at night makes it impossible to sleep. Not the place for families and seems more geared towards young tourists who are only interested in drinking and constant partying.

the hotel was very good condition staff are friendly and food was excellent. the only negative point was the TV channels only Spanish and German. apart from that everything was amazing 👏 😍😍😍😍

Beds were great and had a good sleep. Most staff were helpful and supportive, big shout out to the waitering team, could not do more for you however the pool was small and there was quite a bit of damp in the room, room 706. Area was fantastic, easy accessible to bus, shops, restaurants and city centre.

3 adults, mum dad and adult son. Basic, budget hotel but comfortable and very clean. Loud area but we knew that, very busy. Very German oriented but we found that great.Beautiful beaches and walks, close to Palma, great bus service, bike hire. Hotel was basic but clean and tidy, comfy beds, restaurant was not the best, clean but I bit like a canteen, all tables in lines no windows or veiw. Pool tiny and no veiw ( did not use).

The hotel is clean and the reception staff are really nice but other than that it’s all down hill. Food was awful very basic beyond basic. Rooms are very tired balcony was so small couldn’t fit a chair. Walls are paper thin hearing people doing the dance with no pants every night, and stag groups partying until all hours. Zero entrainment. The lifts work only sometimes. A precious heirloom was taken from my room. I am absolutely devastated with the whole hotel experience be wise and avoid this horrible hotel at all cost.
